1. Establishment of the Private Association
MindHealthConnect™ (“the Association”) is a private, voluntary membership association founded by Debbie Knight.
The Association exists to bring together individuals who seek to explore and support optimal well-being through the integration of mind, body, and functional approaches to health.
Membership is limited to those who voluntarily choose to associate for this shared purpose.
2. Private Membership Nature
- The Association is a private membership organization, not open to the general public
- All interactions, services, and exchanges occur within the private domain of the Association
- Access to programs, consultations, and materials is provided exclusively to members
- Participation is based on mutual consent and shared intent, not public offering
Nothing in this Agreement is intended to waive or circumvent applicable laws, but rather to define the private relationship between members and the Association.
3. Purpose & Scope
- Educational resources
- Wellness and mind-body support
- Functional nutrition insights
- Community-based learning experiences
All offerings are intended for educational and personal development purposes.
4. Voluntary Participation & Informed Consent
By becoming a member, I affirm that:
- I am joining of my own free will
- I understand the nature and purpose of the Association
- I voluntarily choose to participate in its offerings
- I accept full responsibility for my participation and outcomes
5. No Medical or Professional Advice
I understand that:
- The Association does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment
- Information shared is not a substitute for licensed medical, legal, or financial advice
- I am responsible for seeking appropriate professional care when needed
6. Confidentiality & Private Domain
Members agree that:
- All materials, discussions, and interactions within the Association are private and confidential
- Information shared by other members will be respected and not disclosed without consent
- The integrity of the private membership environment will be upheld
7. Consideration & Exchange
- Membership dues
- Program or service fees
- Voluntary exchanges for time, knowledge, and resources
All contributions are made in exchange for access to the private membership environment and its offerings.
Any applicable taxes will be handled in accordance with governing laws.
8. Personal Responsibility
I acknowledge that:
- I am solely responsible for how I interpret and apply any information
- My decisions, actions, and outcomes are my own
- The Association does not guarantee specific results
9. Liability Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless MindHealthConnect™, its founder, and affiliates from any liability, claims, or damages arising from my participation.
10. Member Conduct
Members agree to:
- Act respectfully and in good faith
- Refrain from abusive, harmful, or disruptive behavior
- Support a safe and constructive environment
The Association reserves the right to revoke membership at its discretion.
11. Intellectual Property
All materials, content, and resources remain the property of MindHealthConnect™ and may not be reproduced or distributed without written consent.
12. Acknowledgement & Agreement
By joining MindHealthConnect™, I confirm that:
- I have read and understand this Agreement
- I agree to its terms
- I am voluntarily entering into this private membership
