The year 2025 has been a hard year for many.  The economy and stress from coming out off COVID lock downs has made for many tensions. The isolation made for a hard psychological comeback for some.  Many of us increased some unhealthy habits such as sedentary behaviour and sleeping disorders.

There were some positives that came out of COVID lockdowns, we learned and had a closer connection to our computers providing access to health supports and work at home became the norm.  We always have to see the positives that comes out of everything. COVID did teach us what was important to us in our life.  For most it was the relationships that were missed, the social conversation, interactions and simple pleasures, for some it was a break from social anxiety. COVID did show us how to be gentle, kind and grateful for life. Hopefully it taught us all to be grateful about our health. We all learned that we only have one life and living in fear is just not comfortable.

The global prevalence of anxiety and fear increased during the COVID and after. I have read statistics as high as 25%.  Stay-tuned for the next round called Nimbus- reported in China, Uk and USA.  Take what you learned from COVID and walk with it, we learned a lot, it will all come into good use throughout your life and relax, trust in the universe.
