Weston A. Price is a Canadian that you have probably never heard of.  Price was a dentist that travelled all around the world and through his research connected diet to physical health.  Price also was the forerunner of understanding tooth decay, and his research was the foundation that influenced nutrition.

Weston was the first to notice that people who ate whole foods that were unrefined had better dental and physical health than those who ate processed foods. Considering that Price lived between the years 1870 to 1948.  Considering the years his research is pretty impressive for the time period, he travelled all over the world in the 1930’s researching dental and physical health and his research continues to be the supportive documentation for nutrition and continues to have a modern impact.

Weston Price principles of whole foods, grown naturally using ancestral preparation which means an historical method passed down through generations. Weston also noted that fat soluble vitamins were required for mineral absorption and overall health.
