So, the year 2024 is just days past and we are on high-speed going forward.  What is Mind Health Connect going to do going forward?  Here are my thoughts.

 

One of the most important messages that I want to keep repeating is that there are natural solutions for mental health.  There are natural solutions for all health and how important these practices are, believing in the body’s ability to heal does not mean that we can’t assist it along by natural means.  Trusting in this is the start of an awareness of your journey and with each step you unlock your greater potential.

 

The most difficulty that most people is making change stick.  I always advise to take little steps, but each little step is such a big step forward to change and feeling well and at peace within yourself.  Once the journey starts then you will start to find that turning habit into pleasure has true meaning, one you adopt the change and feeling wellness will inspire and urge you on to do more.  It all starts with little steps.

 

The concept is so strongly in my thinking that I am writing a book, the connection between mind and body and how events in life can get in the way of the path.  The book is about how to re-build your path recognizing that you can’t change the past but can build the future and feeling grateful for the knowledge you have learned, sharing my life experiences and the connection between mind (Internal Family Systems) and body (health).  Look for the book publishing July 4th, 2025.
