I heard the term collective wisdom the other day and thought that’s a good point. Group wisdom, sharing the knowledge, insights, and decision-making capabilities that is an awesome concept that we should do more of. All individuals can collaborate on their different diverse perspectives and experiences. The one thing I have found since COVID is that we have changed the way we collaborate, we need to get back to the synergy that arises from interactions and integrate our different viewpoints.
An individual can have blind spots on their viewpoint and assumptions, but collective thinking can bring integration of many viewpoints to find comprehensive solutions. The co-creation goes beyond individual intelligence and brings forward more effective strategies.
All of us have different viewpoints based on our different experiences isn’t it time we got back to honouring each other and the different viewpoints points and working as a community of knowledge? Isn’t that how we survived for thousands of years?
Community is important and I think we all need to get back to supporting each other, learning from each other.
